I needed to place an order for several employees that I’ve never met. They were patient and very kind in helping me make my selection. This location is extremely clean and with this kind of customer service, there’s absolutely no reason for me to go anywhere else for my catering needs!“

“Everyone was very attentive to what I wanted and asked if I wanted my sub toasted and I tried it that way and loved it. I went first to the subway store at hwy 155 in locust grove and they denied me the use of my subway coupons they were very rude and I walked outside and made a statement that I was shocked the way the man and woman treated me over a coupon so I left there but a man outside said he would never go back to that subway and I said me to sir NEVER. then I left and went to subway in locust grove Ingles’s location they were so so nice that will be my subway for now on. Thank you for outstanding service. !!!“

“they have the most incompetent employees of any fast food place i know. I thought I would try one more time as Dalton Ga can make my sandwich correct . all I need is a original no lettuce or tomato how hard is that to do ? I will never come back to Jackson again for a sandwich this is my 4th trip and all 4 times have been horrible not to mention a 30 minute wait . get new employees !!!!!“

“I am a die-hard Jersey Mikes fan. I’ve eatten at many locations in metro Atlanta area and across the nation. This is my 2nd time at this specific location. Today, the sandwich was absolutely spectacular! I had the regular Club on rosemary and that sandwich was THICK with turkey and ham. Never have I ever had a sandwich that was stacked so thick with meat. I normally can finish a regular sub without difficulty but I was full after eating just 1/2 of a regular which is unheard of!!! With shrinkflation happening all over the place and increase in prices, Im pleasantly surprised by my sandwich today. Today’s experience, at this particular location, keeps me a Jersey Mike’s fan life-long. Way to go!“
