Went in today for lunch. Sandwich, soup and pizza was ordered. It was all fresh and very good. We haven’t had scholtzskys in a long time, but we will be back bc it was so good. The staff were very nice also!
The very worst. Can't handle customizing. i can't even say it was great tasting. Requested no onions on every sandwich. Every sandwich came smothered with onions. if you order by door dash , it will get screwed up. i have given them two chances. i do not recommend this restaurant in any circumstance. Eat food from the gas station instead.
they have the most incompetent employees of any fast food place i know. I thought I would try one more time as Dalton Ga can make my sandwich correct . all I need is a original no lettuce or tomato how hard is that to do ? I will never come back to Jackson again for a sandwich this is my 4th trip and all 4 times have been horrible not to mention a 30 minute wait . get new employees !!!!!

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli is located off of Hwy - 16 on Jackson near interstate 75. The restaurant is usually hit and miss. The food is pricey for what it is. The food continues to go down. However, many reviews say the food is very good. The Original sandwich and the Deluxe Original Sourdough sandwich meal are mentioned. The new Butter Beer Cinnabons are amazing and tempting. An Italian calzone was absolutely delicious and freshly made to order. A Strawberry Chicken Salad with Vinegarette dressing was very good and filling. The sub was juicy and the bread was soft. The restaurant is very clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. The service is the best that it could be given the circumstance. The only complaint is that it takes a little while to get the food because they are obviously short-handed. It is worth the wait.
