“This is not the first time I have been at this location. We are usually sat with miss Debbie which is an excellent waitress. We could constantly hear her with the regulars getting their usual drinks and orders, but making sure thats what they still wanted to get. She is always great and amazing. We did have an issue with the steak I received, but the manager was amazing at handling the situation also, I believe her name was Christin. We will definitely still be coming back again when we do our shopping visits in town. Thank you and your staff.“

“I've been about a dozen times between 2025-2026. The service is the best anywhere - I know they're quite careful about that. I've tried many dishes from steak, seafood, to a variety of sandwiches. I've never been disappointed. Most staff remember me by name and are always beyond the friendliest of servers - always attentive to customer needs and preferences. Jimmy's gets my highest.“

“Did a curbside order tonight and meal was ready on time. I paid extra for a loaded potato but when I got bone there were no toppings in my bag, no bread or cinnamon butter and no utensils. I understand it is the Holidays but it doesn't take but a couple of minutes to double check orders. The other Texas Roadhouse we have tried have been great. I guess here in McDonough we will have to keep using Long Horns.“

“Just when you think customer service no longer exist, you find this place. Lisa C (as the receipt says) was amazing, but not just her everyone we encountered here. The food was good, me and my wife was able to split the full rack of ribs and one bite in we were full. The brownie dessert was huge the whole family ate on it. My God this place felt like you were in the sweet town of Chattanooga. This was my first time and I promise won’t be the last. I love this place.“
