Churchills on Cherry Reviews
Our group of 8 were all very pleased with the food we received. Only negativity was that there are not regular tables; you sit on sofa/chairs and your food is served on low cocktail tables.
My experience at Churchill on Cherry was amazing! The customer service and the hospitality were outstanding. My favorite dish was the lamb chops. I will definitely be sharing my night of intimate bonding with my friends at Churchill on Cherry.
I went with a group of ladies expecting to have a good night based on reviews from people that recommended this lounge. My experience was horrible!! Our group ordered drinks at the same time. There were twelve of us on the group and we got there early in the evening, the lounge was not crowded at all. Everyone got their drink except for me. Churchills on Cherry is a nice, chill spot with a cool vibe and laid-back atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. It is a pretty big establishment that is clean and has a nice ambiance. The steak is seasoned perfectly and described as the best ever had, and the lamb chops are also a favorite among customers. Recently, Chef Gerard prepared special meals that received high praise for their flavors, with one guest raving about the sautéed Grouper with Parmesan grits and spinach in lemon butter sauce. Despite being a bit pricey, it offers a great time with delicious drinks and an impressive alcohol selection. One customer celebrated a birthday and highlighted the wonderful drinks that made the occasion special. However, the seating arrangement features sofa/chairs and low cocktail tables, which may not appeal to everyone. Some guests have noted issues like a limited cigar selection and flat drinks. The only downside mentioned is the built-in tip that doesn't entirely go to the server. Overall, it is considered a gem of Macon, and many customers look forward to returning for both the food and the experience.
