The EBT payment system was down. No notice at the self checkout. So you check out all of your groceries and then am told you have to find another means of payment. This does not suffice. CS claimed they posted a sign on the front door. Personally, I don’t look for or read signs while walking in the door and did not notice a sign. Nor did the 3 other EBT patrons behind me.
