New China Buffet offers an excellent selection of food with a very large assortment to choose from, including shrimp and pork cooked to order. The black pepper chicken and mushrooms are highly recommended. The atmosphere is what one would expect, and the service is good. The dining area is clean, though some areas like the ceiling vents and bathrooms could use improvement. Despite this, it is a family favorite spot, with potential for upgrades to make it even more appealing. The hostess is wonderful, and the server is great. The food is very good and well-stocked, with a great variety of meats, vegetables, and fruits, including fresh foods cooked on the grill in front of you. The only minor drawback is the graffiti on the outside, but the cool bird nests on the soffit add a unique touch.
