“I am new at drinking coffee. Only about a month now.The staff have been excellent, 5⭐️’a for all of them, except the supervisor Monia. I forgot to tell them I wanted ice. You would have thought I ruined her whole entire day because I wanted ice in my coffee. I apologized 4x as she huffed and puffed and slung things around. She made me feel terrible. Normally I wouldn’t put up with someone treating me like that, but I guess yesterday was different. I couldn’t even make it to the car before my tears started flowing. I sat in the car sobbing, not even wanting my coffee any more. I prayed for her because I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, then told others and they already knew who I was talking about. They say she’s been raising havoc for years! Why do people that act like this get to be in charge? Make it make sense! If I was her boss, I would have fired her on the spot! She’s not a nice person and doesn’t need to be in customer service.“
“The folks at this Starbucks are always friendly and chatty when I come into shop (and stop here first). They are willing to alter my drinks easy enough if I want to try something new (some locations offer a sigh before agreeing...), and the folks are also quick about making my drink. This is a little hidden gem next to its' busy stand alone counterpart across the street. I just wish we could get Starbucks point for my drinks.... Enjoy!“
“I ended up with a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH MIKAYLA!! She went above and beyond for me after having waited for a very long time in the drive thru for an iced coffee and a wrap. When I got to the window, there was another young lady waiting to take my money. I asked her if it would be possible to get a complimentary “anything” due to my wait. She stepped away to ask, then came back with Mikayla. Mikayla understood my concern, and did not at all question why I was asking. She knew that it was a whether long wait. She offered me 2 $4 gift cards for me to return. I love that she made something that could have put a bad taste in my mouth turn out exactly how it should be, coming from Starbucks!✨Her kind gesture is greatly appreciated!“
