“I decided on subway today. I ordered the Subway Club thinking it would be my typical ham, turkey, and bacon but it's not. It's got roast beef (which I do not care for) instead of bacon so I'll have to read carefully and I now know I will have to order the Pickleball Club to get the ingredients of the one I typically used to order which was the All American Club. With that being said, I chose to travel a little further because I had been disappointed in the subs at the location closest to me the last few times. It was busy when I arrived but after she completed the order she was doing she made my online order. She even informed me that I didn't select a cheese option and I told her that was correct because I don't eat it on my subs and prefer the parmesan shake. I love that she was very attentive to this and asked and not just slap some on because I've had that happen. But the sub was made nice and neat. Ingredients were fresh. Bread was soft. I prefer bottled drinks but they don't have them at this location but they do have the crushed ice which I love. At the other locations I have not seen it. Thank God the fountain machine was clean and black gunk was not coming out into my drink as I was dispensing. Yes this is why I prefer bottles!!! But I would definitely return here. I have eaten here in the past once before when my sister brought it home but I never left a review. I must say this experience was better than the last.“
“My Husband and I came in to the Thomaston Rd location. We had no idea that they were about to close. The two young ladies were so nice and courteous to us. Our sandwiches were made perfectly. Thank Y'all So Much. I will recommend this location to my family and friends!! THANKS?“
“Amazing customer service I watch this wonderful lady I think her name is ebony make three subs at once she has beautiful soothing music playing through out the store that really ease my mood I noticed everything was clean and beautifully stocked the bathroom was very up to part, her service was the best I've seen at subway in a while and I go to multiple subways , I seen the previous review which made me almost not come but I'm glad I did it was a very positive experience here it was my first time here I dined in and I will be back the women here is doing a impeccable job i also brought a friend to eat with me here and my guest was very happy and I couldn't appreciate that more ebony is doing such a great job in the store I couldn't help but leave a review I just want the manager or customers to know she does a amazing job tending to the people here she works great under pressure and she is well prepared for the job here thank you subway for the great service and your amazing assistance“
“This was the largest and cleanest subway I had ever been to. The staff were nice and helpful and caring. They didn’t mind my kids who were tired from a long trip getting their wiggles out. Just as subway as ever but more friendly and clean!“

The owner knows my name and the girl melissa is really professional as well. She engage with the customers and always smiles. The place is always clean too. “Several times I have visited this location and found only one employee. On this day Ashley was working lunch on her own. She welcomed me and other customers, she was efficient and she made my sandwich just as I ordered it. This is not always the case and Ashley is a rare worker in todays work environment. “Ate here for the first time. Subway has changed a lot. No more spicy mustard. No more foot long of the day specials. They do have some $6 specials...Six inch sub, chips, & drink. I got the Italian w Pepperjack Cheese. What i enjoy most is Subway is not cheap on the add-ons so I got plenty of lettuce, spinach, olives, jalapenos, and banana peppers! I noticed this location has online order & pickup which is nice. Also if a friend has to get that Walmart in store only SPECIAL DEAL ITEM... you can just eat!“
“Went to lunch at the Subway in the Kroger shopping center near Marble Slab and let me tell you it was incredible. The food was fine, a solid 8/10, but the girl behind the counter was 100/10, like INCREDIBLE. She was THE ONLY ONE working and she had 20 people in line. She greeted every customer with a smile, got every order correct and made in a timely manner. I didn't get her name but she had tattoos on her arms. Chick-fil-A WISHES they could do what she did.“
