ZERO STARS. Received the WRONG order TWICE. After waiting at the restaurant for over 20 minutes, I arrived home 10 minutes before closing, so I called the store notify them of their mistake (intending to return for a refund the following day). The manager, Charlie, was a prick; when I said it was “10 minutes until closing, so I’ll come by tomorrow” he responded with “I’ll be here for the next hour” and hung up on me. refused to let me pick up mobile order in drive thru. even told them I was COVID positive, still told me if I wanted my food I had to come in. got home with food and it was incorrect. ordered chicken fingers with wimpy sauce instead of zax sauce... fingers were drenched in sauce instead of sauce on side like usual. received wrong drinks. managers on duty did not seem to care.
