“After standing at the Burger King counter for 10 minutes and not getting service, I decided to take the cow's advice and go down the road to eat more chicken.

The experience was night and day. Instead of a poorly lit dining room, Chick Fil A was bright, clean and welcoming. Literally had 3 employees welcome us as soon as we walked in. Instead of being ignored at the counter, we were immediately waited on. The cashier was very nice and patient as she took requests from my shy kids. We sat ourselves in a clean booth and didn't have to wait long until our food arrived. Delivered by another genuinely kind employee. And to top it all off, the food was fresh and delicious as is 90% of the time at Chick Fil A.

I will gladly pay more money to be treated like .... Like I'm a patron of a restaurant that actually wants my business. Not a high bar but BK and others continue to struggle and get worse all the time.

“Ate here for dinner with some family members while returning home from Augusta. Our meal which consisted of fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, biscuits and coleslaw was delicious. The restaurant was pristine and clean while the employees were cordial and kind. A good experience.“
