“Honestly it wasn't bad, the only real complaint is that if you park on the left side of the building (if you're facing the front), you have to walk all the way around to the right side door. There's two doors that lead from the front, but they were locked, and with the fence the way it is (you can only enter the outdoor area from the left), you have to walk back in the path of cars all the way around to the right side door. A minor inconvenience but I noticed not only myself but multiple other people experience this same hangup. If they could unlock those doors everything would probably be perfect. Otherwise the food was good and fresh and the service was nice.“

“I've not been to a KFC location in quite some time. Mainly due to my schedule and location. Wife and I decided today we'd try the one on Monroe Ga. Absolutely astounded at the service I received. The phrase "Service with a smile" has never been more well defined than what I experienced today. Three very friendly ladies, All with smiles on their faces greeted me when I arrived. Very helpful and social. Order placed and received very quickly and (most important) accurately. If the corporate folks actually do read these reviews, please thank these employees and then clone them for employ at every one of your stores. I haven't received a pleasant experience like this in (quite literally) years. We will definitely be back. Thank you.“

“New restaurant to Forsyth our experience was pleasant. Everyone was very nice and personable but especially Caedan and Cheyenne. Caedan worked the dining room like a true example of Chic fil a. Being a former employee of the company, I can tell you he is a shining example. The food was typical Chick fil a, hot and fresh, and came out quick. Hopefully they continue to stay the same.“
