Chipotle Mexican Grill in Marietta

“Placed a Mobile Order with this Chipotle location on Friday November 7 2025 around Noon. Several things came up (okay fine- I was distracted 🤪) and I didn’t arrive at the Chipotle location until late in the evening. Shane and Johan were super cool, welcoming, and carried a great “how can we be of service” type of attitude. They provided me with great service in a way that motivated me to write them a 5🌟 “high praise” review!“

“Great service and food. Harry was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. All team members I interacted with were helpful and friendly as well.

Almost every Chipotle I’ve been to in the last couple of years has been a disappointing experience, but this one was a bright spot.“

“This is my favorite chipotle location. Much better than the one in East Cobb. They greet you with a smile here and converse with you like an old friend. The food is phenomenal and they’ll stir the meat to coat it in juices if you ask. I got a steak bowl with everything on it. The Mandarin Agua Fresca tea nearly put me into a coma. I used to work at a chipotle where the manager’s were fired for embezzlement, so I know a thing or two. I can say with certainty this is a well run establishment. There is limited parking but it is easy to walk across the street. The outdoor patio is well maintained and pleasant. The indoor seating is clean and ample.“

“I had the most amazing experience with this location. We’ve eaten there for years, and honestly never had any issues. I tried to place a catering order at a different chipotle location, and they messed it up and never processed it properly. When I went in the morning of pick up, they told me they had messed up, that there was nothing they could do and they couldn’t help me. On a whim I went to the East Cobb location and the general manager, Michelle, was incredibly helpful. She worked our order into their day (with an 2.5 hour turnaround!) and went above and beyond with the customer service. The food was for a local high school girls soccer team and they all said the food was delicious. I have never been more thankful for quality customer service and the willingness of a general manager to go above and beyond to help out a customer. 10 out of 10 recommend this location!“

“I've never really had an issue when going to this Chipotle. I always do a mobile order pickup through the Chipotlane. My food is always ready on time. I get extra in my bowl of everything and my bowl is always packed to the brim (My inner fat girl thanks you guys for that!) The lady who handed me my food yesterday was super nice and upbeat.“
