La Casita is a small restaurant with lots of seating. The staff is always friendly and bilingual. The food is delicious and always freshly made to order. The salsa bar has plenty of options, including free fresh salsas, diced onions, and even macaroni salad. Dishes like nachos fries, steak burrito, gorditas, quesadillas, mole, and bistec a la mexicana are all amazing. The handmade tortillas are amazing. The atmosphere is nice with good background music. The service is great, and orders come out very quickly. For authentic Mexican cuisine, this may be the best in the area.
