Disorganized. 20 minutes to get an order and the staff could care less. No one had a clue what drink was being made or who was next. Just awful.
Two employees tonight that just wanted to leave and said so loudly. 45 minutes to get order (not busy) and smoothies not labeled. Who had Splenda, who had protein power, etc? who knows? We had to guess and taste each drinks. Loved this location before. Love Tropical Smoothie. Just not this location.
