“Just left Jersey Mike's and I love the Philly steak sandwiches but the cook cooked the sandwich so fast it wasn’t even done. So I had to throw the sandwich out so I would not get sick. Really fast service is great but please have your cooks take the time to cook the sandwich all the way through thanks“

I needed to order 2 subs and did not think I would have enough time because the line was long and I know that service is not what it used to be... or so I thought. The young man making sandwiches did not lose his manner or sense of urgency while the orders stayed coming. My hat is off to you young man. “This place has always been in good standing with me but today I wanted to shout out Mary & the pretty young lady with red hair (didn’t catch her name). Mary was very kind and showed a high level of professionalism when she took my order over the phone. I called in to ask if they could bring my food out because I am 24 weeks pregnant and was experiencing a number of issues that didn’t allow me to get out of the car with my autistic toddler and the other young lady was able to accommodate me by taking my payment and bringing my order to me. It’s the little things that I appreciate about this establishment and their staff. Thank you!“

“Born and raised in New York I grew up eating blimpie subs which of course we called blimps. It's nice that the sandwiches are just as good as I remember and the person who made my sub made it with love and patience. Food ALWAYS tastes better when the person handling the food enjoys preparing food for others. Best experience I have had in a long time.“

“I just grabbed a late lunch from this location near my office and when I saw all the doors were open wide I did not think it was because the area has been enjoying a ten degree dip in the high temperatures. The staff were still pleasant and I had forgotten how to access the QR on my app to pay at the completion of my order so on the fly I placed the order, in house, and the gift card payment was received with ease.“

I ordered the Jalapeno Holly (Slight kick but not overwhelming). The grape salad is a tad sweet for my taste but good. “By far the cleanest, well-managed Jersey Mike's I've ever stepped foot in. Unbelievably careful for my gluten allergy. They guys cleaned the entire store before fixing my sandwich. They had a lunch rush and still made sure to accommodate my allergy.

“The staff was wonderful and the food was great. I called the next day and told them I was sending my secretary to pick up the same thing from the night before. They remembered me and the young man on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about. When she got there they were very nice to her and my order was perfect. I even had a nice note wrote on my order from the guy I talked to on the phone​ letting me know that he made my meal with care. They have a new regular now. Great customer service goes a long way.“

“The greatest Chef Salad of a lifetime can be found that this specific McAlister’s location. The ratio of every single vegetable was PERFECT.

I have no idea who was in that kitchen today but y’all better give that person a raise and make sure THEY NEVER QUIT MAKING THAT FOOD.

“Baldinos is that spot. I always swing by to grab a sandwich for my girlfriend, and let me tell you—they never miss. Every time I walk through that door, I know I’m about to be the MVP of the day. One bite of that sub and she’s smiling like I just bought her diamonds. It’s wild how bread, meat, and cheese can hold so much power.

There’s something comforting about how consistent they are. No drama, no fuss—just good food, made right. The crew is always on point, and the sandwiches? Stacked like they actually care. You don’t see that much anymore.

And yeah, I might not always get something for myself, but seeing her satisfied is enough to keep me coming back. (Okay fine, I steal a few bites too… for quality control.)

“COY has the best service ever! I am from out of town and trying to stick to a diet and was trying to find Jimmy John's and had a lot of trouble finding the location. I called for directions. Coy, helped me and then when he didn't see me after about 3 minutes, he Called me back!!! to make sure I could find my way. The place didn't disappoint, very clean and of course amazing service.

“The employees here are always professional, friendly, efficient and very patient. Despite being understaffed, the facility and work stations are clean and well organized. Kudos to the young man, Xavier(?) and young female, brown haired supervisor!!! Their ability to handle in person and online orders simultaneously with a SMILE is commendable.“
