“Just left Jersey Mike's and I love the Philly steak sandwiches but the cook cooked the sandwich so fast it wasn’t even done. So I had to throw the sandwich out so I would not get sick. Really fast service is great but please have your cooks take the time to cook the sandwich all the way through thanks“

“In my reviews, I share exactly what happens during my experience as a customer. There are certain things that I focus on service and atmosphere sometimes before the food review. I always pay attention to the health food inspection score if its not a 90 or higher we don't dine in or take out. I'm leaving the five-star rating only because the food was delicious and worth the price.

The lady at the counter was unpleasant when asked about certain bagels which I hope isn't the owner. During the order, no one was behind us not sure what the rush was about. Now, note this was the first time in the establishment was a small surprise we were trying this place recommendation from friends. I would say the atmosphere wasn't welcoming felt very uncomfortable to the point of walking out. The entire time while in the establishment placing the order we were being stared at by the customers and staff. Our appearance matched what other guests were wearing having lunch.

I've shared this location with friends and advised them that the food turned out great but there are other issues that I did not disclose. I'm not sure if diversity training is a thing but banknotes come from every race. The staff at this establishment should be trained on how to treat each customer the same regardless of their race. I'm only saying this because I watched the interaction between the couple behind us who walked in ten minutes later they were treated like Jordan Spieth at a Champions dinner. Perhaps, we could blame it on a bad day will not return.“

“They have an entire menu of chicken salad flavors—it was honestly impressive. I got the pickle flavor on a croissant with broccoli salad, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and way better than I expected. The place was clean and cute, I went with friends and had a great time, (parking is a little tight during busy times) I definitely recommend it.“

Tehya, Aubrey, Bailey, KJ, Mike, and Tay were all incredibly respectful, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. “Just wanted to give a quick shoutout! Last night I placed an online order, as I do almost every night. I think Miss Gabby practically lives there because I see her every time I come in! 😂 It always seems a little hectic around closing since so many of us from the hospital are either getting off work or coming in on break. There was a bit of a wait, but I didn’t mind because my subs are always fresh and delicious. Miss Gabby is always friendly, responsive, and professional, even when the restaurant is packed. The gentleman working with her I think his name was Devaughn was a huge help as well. I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name, but he was working hard on the grill. Despite how busy it was, Miss Gabby somehow managed to take orders, make sandwiches, and keep everyone moving quickly with a smile and a great attitude.

“The staff was wonderful and the food was great. I called the next day and told them I was sending my secretary to pick up the same thing from the night before. They remembered me and the young man on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about. When she got there they were very nice to her and my order was perfect.
