“It's ok. If 3.5 stars was an option that is where this would land. Had the McSteamy and the Ridgeline. For both sandwiches the ingredients were very unevenly distributed so you would get all of something in one bite or another.

Ridgeline was a little bald. Could not taste the veggie cream cheese. The sesame seed bagle was pretty good though.

The McSteamy had way too much 1000 Island, to the point it's all you could tastel. It was also over the top messy. Hard to say anything else since that was such a dominant issue. Couldn't taste the asiago cheese bagle.“

“I had such a fantastic lunch here today. The bread was perfectly fresh and they really pile on the toppings, making every bite taste great. Everything was prepared right in front of me, and you can tell they care about the quality of the ingredients. The staff was super friendly and the whole place was spotless. It is easily one of my favorite spots to grab a quick and satisfying sandwich.“

(One sour note: I DID find a long, dark hair in half of my sandwich but when I pointed it out the employees quickly took care of it by fixing me another sandwich.... This time without the extra protein!!) lol. I most definitely will be coming back!“

“They have an entire menu of chicken salad flavors—it was honestly impressive. I got the pickle flavor on a croissant with broccoli salad, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and way better than I expected. “Just left Jersey Mike's and I love the Philly steak sandwiches but the cook cooked the sandwich so fast it wasn’t even done. So I had to throw the sandwich out so I would not get sick. Really fast service is great but please have your cooks take the time to cook the sandwich all the way through thanks“

“My first time there! I was impressed with the cozy, clean atmosphere. Took me a minute to make up my mind. The staff waited patiently, and encouraged me to take my time! I watched that sandwich being made with fresh, crisp ingredients. It was very good! I have a feeling I'll be going back soon!“

“By far the cleanest, well-managed Jersey Mike's I've ever stepped foot in. Unbelievably careful for my gluten allergy. They guys cleaned the entire store before fixing my sandwich. They had a lunch rush and still made sure to accommodate my allergy.

“I normally don’t ask employees for their names, but I had to this time because they truly deserve to be recognized. Tehya, Aubrey, Bailey, KJ, Mike, and Tay were all incredibly respectful, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. You can tell they work together as a real team — everyone was helping each other, staying positive, and making sure orders were getting out quickly and correctly even while busy.

What made the experience even better was how funny and goofy they all were with each other while still staying on top of everything. Their energy made the whole place feel welcoming and turned a normal stop into a genuinely fun and memorable experience. It’s rare to see a team that works this well together while also making customers smile and feel comfortable.

“The staff was wonderful and the food was great. I called the next day and told them I was sending my secretary to pick up the same thing from the night before. They remembered me and the young man on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about. When she got there they were very nice to her and my order was perfect. I even had a nice note wrote on my order from the guy I talked to on the phone​ letting me know that he made my meal with care. They have a new regular now. Great customer service goes a long way.“

“The greatest Chef Salad of a lifetime can be found that this specific McAlister’s location. The ratio of every single vegetable was PERFECT.

I have no idea who was in that kitchen today but y’all better give that person a raise and make sure THEY NEVER QUIT MAKING THAT FOOD.

“Baldinos is that spot. I always swing by to grab a sandwich for my girlfriend, and let me tell you—they never miss. Every time I walk through that door, I know I’m about to be the MVP of the day. One bite of that sub and she’s smiling like I just bought her diamonds. It’s wild how bread, meat, and cheese can hold so much power.

There’s something comforting about how consistent they are. No drama, no fuss—just good food, made right. The crew is always on point, and the sandwiches? Stacked like they actually care. You don’t see that much anymore.

And yeah, I might not always get something for myself, but seeing her satisfied is enough to keep me coming back. (Okay fine, I steal a few bites too… for quality control.)

“I finished watching a movie across the street and noticed a Jimmy John's in front of me. What I like ordering from the app is the value points you get. I always order the same sandwich. The beach is my favorite toast. I was able to place my order and take my time walking. It was ready for pick up. All of the employees were smiling and having a good time.“

“I picked up from here today. May 31, 2026. Going in this was the cleanest and nicest subway I've ever entered. I grab our bag, its folded like perfectly like a lunchbox, its cool. I get my food back home and I am not even exaggerating when I say this could have been the sub out of a commercial. Both our subs were wrapped tighter than a military bunk. Inside we get the most picturesque subway sandwiches I think I've ever had. You can see in the Pic attached, im not kidding. Whoever was working today was quite literally a sandwich artist. Will def use this one from here on.“

“The floors are dirty they should be swept aleast twice during the day when open to represent a clean welcome lobby I also ordered online today and they forgot the banana peppers and I don’t think they even toasted my sandwich today was the worse of all the others“

“May, 2026. This Subway Store #5358 is much better than the rest in the Augusta area, and I've tried them all many times. Cleaner store, LARGER portions, fresher veggies, fresher bread, friendlier staff AND FEWER mistakes. I order exclusively online, and this store is definitely my choice even though it's farther away from me than several other Subways. I'm a Sub Club Member so I order frequently to get Points and Offers, and I DO NOT even fool with the other stores anymore. These ladies are just better. Thanks to Gen Mgr. “I thought that young people did not work hard! I was wrong... This is the subway that I have went to for years. I needed to order 2 subs and did not think I would have enough time because the line was long and I know that service is not what it used to be... or so I thought. The young man making sandwiches did not lose his manner or sense of urgency while the orders stayed coming. My hat is off to you young man.
