I understand it is the Holidays but it doesn't take but a couple of minutes to double check orders. The other Texas Roadhouse we have tried have been great. I guess here in McDonough we will have to keep using Long Horns.”

“This place is an absolute Southside hidden gem. Who knew we had such a great hibachi experience in our backyards? No more going into the city for this experience. I can now get this great food with great service close to home with no traffic. Can't wait to return.”

“Ah yes, one of the big three smoothie places, Smoothie King, along with the others Tropical Smoothie and Planet Smoothie. This location to me doesn't stand out in particular as nothing special but it probably is a good spot for a quick snack.

Food: Got what was called Peanut Power Plus w/ chocolate, has a nice source of vitamins and energy to get you throughout your day and plus it's chocolate, who doesn't like chocolate ? A 20 oz costs about $7.55, not bad, but not pricey either.

Service: When entering inside, there were just a few customers and the person taking my order didn't feel all that emotional and didn't feel excited to greet me, I wanted to think about what I was gonna get but I felt the need to rush myself but that's just me.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere is nice.. almost too nice, I want to give it 5 stars but only 4 stars for some sense of purpose. Besides that, there are chairs in the lobby for you to sit down and there is a mobile order section, also you get to see how the workers make your order so that's cool, okay byeeeee”

“Went to enjoy this establishments' gracious complimentary veterans meal. The bar had room to sit, so no waiting for a table, which is always a plus. I didn't get water for a long time for some reason, while others who sat after me were on their 3rd beer. Of course, there was no meal I could eat on the menu since I don't eat meat, fried foods, nor dairy, as with 90% of the veterans' meals offered on that day, but I adore the comradery.”

A few weeks ago they ran out of LOBSTER which was not PAM or BRIANNA fault and I order often and they took care of me afterwards because I had to substitute with something else on the menu. So that is what you call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

I wish I remembered our servers name because I'd love to give her credit for being so nice. We didn't realize they closed at 9, and we're still eating at 9:15ish. They have a charge for meat you don't finish, so we were really trying lol but she didn't rush us at all I felt super bad. Besides that, the food was really good. It's kinda pricey, all you can eat, 2 drinks, and a decent tip we're about $130~ but it was worth it for a fun dinner experience we don't have very often. Won't be back until we have another special occasion just because price but highly recommend. Drinks were a little weak and texas margarita just tasted like orange juice.”

“I have always enjoyed dining at this location. This is a busy location & they are very well staffed to handle the large volume of customers. Our meal was great, as usual with our server doing a great job. We ordered French Onion soup & asked the server to please make sure it's hot. She acknowledged our request stating the soup sometimes is not served at the best temperature. The serving temperature of Longhorns soup is less than desirable but that's a post for another day. We look forward to meeting our friends & dining at this Longhorn location.”

He was really concerned about our thoughts, concerns, complaints and compliments. Thou the food came out separately, some unseasoned and cold, they made rt with the situation. The first thing you notice when you walk in, is how clean the place is. Even the bathroom was impressive. I’ve never seen a small chain take over a spot and actually improve it. This place cares about service.

The food was great! It was most surprising with how much food I got for so cheap. I ordered a fish sandwich at 2 in the afternoon, and it was made at 2 in the afternoon. Freshly cooked, and great!”

Me and my fiancé are regulars for a reason. Have not found a place in McDonough worth switching to. Tacos are so good, salsa has spice, queso creamy and hot, chimichanga and quesadillas are good and they are also willing to switch things around in your order if you prefer something besides what’s on the menu. GO. They deserve more attention than they get.”

The people are so nice! Doesn't take much to please me as a customer, clear communication. That's all. Which they did and threw in some beautiful smiles while they were at it. They saw me waiting outside in the heat and offered me a free meal and drink! Let me come in a little before opening time. I was waiting for them to open before I walked my way back home and I was so dehydrated and Walmart's drink machines swallowed my dollar and gave me nothing. Not even my money back. The food was delicious! I had the three piece whiting combo with fries and hush puppies! I ate every bite! Their tartar sauce *chef's kiss*. I drank Mango or peach juice mixed with lemonade. Beautiful fresh flavor. They even gave me a free refill on my way out. They were more than generous, they were a blessing for me. Will definitely return someday.”

“Okay, I had no true plans to enter but the music and man sitting outside, created an atmosphere that was welcoming. The young man at the front that took the order is an introvert (which is okay). He was kind and let me review my order before leaving.
I got one of each patty, jerk chicken and wings. It was great food. The plantains were hands down my favorite of all local spots I’ve tried.
If I had to give any feedback, it was warm inside (reminded me of being home in PR) but still warm. The rice didn’t taste fresh but it was still good.
