“Now this is customer service! CFA goes out of the way to ensure that it is convenient for customers to spend with them. I don't eat chicken but I took my son here for brunch and all he had to do was scan a QR code after placing his order using the mobile app. Impressive! The line was long but there were plenty of folks taking orders and moving the line. We went right on through the mobile pickup line. Super job, CFA! I don't mind paying a little extra for excellent customer service.“

“This place is amazing! The interior is gorgeous, the bathrooms are clean and smell wonderful, and the food is heartwarming and delicious! Especially their loaded potato soup and chicken salad sandwich. Good food is food that makes your nose run, and this was definitely a good eat.“

“Absolutely outstanding food!!! Visiting aunt in McDonough and discovered Big Chic! I’m a retired corporate Executive Chef from Washington State born in Georgia and this is hands down the best fried chicken that I’ve ever had!!!!!“
“Very friendly. Both the man and the woman were very polite. But let’s talk about the chicken BEST I had in years. Compared to Bojangles and KFC and yes even Popeyes it was fresh well seasoned not salty and crispy and the pieces were amazing. I would always go back to this location. I plan to try one closer to home let’s see if it’s the same.!!!!“

“The best chicken since my Grandmothers' !!!! This experience is the best. I have had some good chicken from Canes'---I lived in Baton Rouge for many years--but Cowboy's is the best by far. The personnel working there are all awesome, making for a great experience all around. The experience of eating good food is quite hard to find in this day and time. Please convey to everyone that is associated that they are well thought of, and I convey that to everyone I know. Thanks again!!“
