Do they only give 3 burgers now instead of 4 (it has been a few years since I’ve been to a Krystal’s)? The fries were good, buns were soft, but I can’t get into this style of little, flat fake burger.
Wonderful service
You don't come here for the atmosphere. Its hard to get into, not the employees fault. Never disappointed with the Krystal burgers, we don't stray from them so I can't speak to the other menu items, but they are fresh, hot, small and square. No matter how understaffed they may be, they are always polite & engaged.

Krystal, located off the exit, has had some recent improvements but still faces issues with long wait times at the drive-thru. Despite the slow service, the food quality remains good. However, a recent experience left a customer disappointed as their order was incorrect. The restaurant, with parking on the right side and wheelchair accessible entrances on both sides, is in a convenient location but needs to work on service efficiency. With a variety of menu options, including the 10 piece chicken wings and Krystals with cheese, Krystal is a popular choice for a quick bite to eat, although it may not always meet expectations in terms of speed and accuracy of orders. Some customers have reported very slow drive-thru service, with wait times sometimes extending up to an hour. One customer had to go inside after waiting 40 minutes, only to be told they couldn't get a refund and would have to wait longer or accept their incorrect order. The restaurant appeared in need of a thorough cleaning, which affected the overall experience. On a positive note, staff members like Faith have been praised for their politeness, patience, and willingness to help, even offering to mix flavors and making the drive-thru experience more pleasant.
