I ordered 3 pork bbq plates online. Got home - no bbq sauce. I call and am told I didn’t ‘ask for it’ on my order. Why would I have to request something that has been included in every single order I’ve ever place at Shane’s over the last 18 years? Fifty dollars for 3 plates and you can’t manage to include this few tablespoons of bbq sauce without considering it ‘extra’?
