“The store was conducting staff training in the main seating area today, which made it quite loud and difficult to focus. The air conditioning was also very cold.
I ordered a hot drink but received an iced one. It was remade after I pointed it out.
I hope the environment and communication can be improved in the future.“

I have a client that lives in the area and as a real estate agent I needed a place to sit and negotiate multiple offers. The staff was friendly and they had some soothing R\u0026B playing in the background! I sat here for about 1 hour as I was negotiating and decided to try a matcha tea. Turna out that I like it a lot! Overall I'd give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐ only because I have not taste the food just yet. I will update my review once I go back for food.“
“Great customer service great friendliness and awesome greeting on the mic The lady with the purple hair you guys did a great job on hiring her she's the best now what I got was not made the best in the Starbucks history that I visit and trust me I visit them faithfully. But when you have great service great smiles great conversation you are forget about the bad food sometimes so keep up the good work but work on perfecting those cappuccinos please thank you“
“I have been a regular at Starbucks Lake Dow since they first opened. This Starbucks is truly one of the best I have been to, and that is saying a lot.
They have GREAT customer service and they keep the same employees for long periods of time. This is something that I am grateful for as a customer of the franchise, since this leads to consistent results & friendly employees.
They are ALWAYS working and you will never see any laziness in this location. The drinks are always made well too.“
