“I’ve always enjoyed eating here. The food portions are generous and the food is pretty good. Menu is a little pricey for the area. Recently the “steak” has been replaced with roast in what I’m assuming is a cost measure. It doesn’t taste very good, so avoid the hibachi steak. Other than that, good place.“

“I've only tried takeout so far but I'm very impressed. I've ordered twice and each time food was hot, fresh, well made and well packaged. The Nam Khao was delicious and nothing like anything that I've ever had before. The Lao sausage was good and came with a hot sauce that was mind blowing. The wings were good though I would've preferred a few less feathers and hairs. I've had a lot of pho and kathiew but their Lao style pho may be the best I ever had.“

“Definitely better than Miyako (they don’t even have good rice)!!! Tokyo is my new Japanese Go-To in McDonough ❤️ the food was hot, had a great flavor, and the yum yum even had what I assumed was a light fresh garlic hint to it which was so nice and refreshing to compliment the meal.
It’s cozy, dim, and features a lot of plants :)

“I’ve order pickup on DoorDash a couple of times and the hibachi is always good. My food is always ready when I get there. I’m only giving 4 starts because they bag the hot and cold food together. I ordered miso soup, hibachi and a tuna poke bowl. When I got home I saw they bagged the soup on top of the poke bowl. By this time the poke bowl was hot and I had to throw it away. I’ve had the happen to me before at another establishment and it made me sick so I didn’t want to chance it. If they could do the hot and cold separate I would have given 5 starts.“
