We want to support locally owner businesses but it’s sad when we get better quality food and service at a lower price from a chain restaurant, Longhorn. We had a party of 14 that went and ate tonight, bill almost $600 with a gratuity of $90 added. I had a terrible first experience. It took over an hour for half of our party’s food to come out. 20 minutes later the other half got theirs. I got a shrimp platter that consisted of 8 shrimp, a very small cup of cheese grits, and 2 burnt hush puppies for $18.99. I expected a little better. My husband’s steak was awful. I have always loved this place . But last night was the worse food I have ever eaten there . My husband got prime rib and he couldn’t eat it . I had sirloin steak , not cooked the way I asked . My granddaughter had the kids chicken tenders and they were over cooked and so hard she couldn’t eat. Over 100.00 dollars for something that was not worth eating.
