“My husband and I stopped by on our way back home in Albany, Georgia from Charleston, SC. Once home, about 3 and half hours later, I discovered I had left my purse at the Metter DQ. I called and spoke with Lawanda. She said they had my purse! I called back several times asking lots of questions. Lawanda was always pleasant and patient. I also spoke to the Manager, Nicole who was also very pleasant. Neither knew who turned in my purse. I asked Nicole if she would mind checking to see if all of my valuables were still in my purse. She checked and indicated everything was still there! She said she would secure it safely in her office until I arrived.

My husband and I jumped back in the truck and headed back to Metter. We arrived after the dining room had closed. Lawanda stopped mopping to unlock the door and Nicole got my purse for me. Both were again just as pleasant as could be.

“Finally a Taco Bell with fast friendly service. Employee taking order was very nice. Food was ready before I finished filling my drink. Dining area was spotless and Atmosphere was filled with Christmas music. Very relaxing while dining in. Thank you for setting the bar high. Maybe more franchises should take your lead.“
