There many different vegetables options to add including fresh and pickled jalapeños! The salsa bar offers a variety of salsa to suit many taste buds. The dressings add an extra flavor-filled taste. Not to mention, your burrito is warmed on the grill for a special final touch. You can also request for any vegetables to be grilled! The employees are extremely kind and offer suggestions based on what you're craving. Surcheros comes highly recommended! We visit at least once weekly. Give them a try!“

“I finally made it to Monarca Mexican Restaurant, and I have to say I was impressed. Being from California, I’m usually pretty critical when it comes to Mexican food, but Monarca delivered.

The ceviche was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The shrimp, avocado, mango, tomatoes, and onions all tasted fresh and balanced, letting the ingredients shine instead of drowning everything in sauce. The pork belly tostones were another standout: crispy, rich, and packed with flavor.

What I appreciated most was the attention to presentation and quality. The food looked as good as it tasted, and everything arrived fresh and well-prepared. The atmosphere felt modern and upscale, and the service was friendly and attentive.
