“Stopped on our travel from Athens GA to Tallessee Alabama to get lunch. The atmosphere was great. Food was good and the service was even better. I had the Reuben sandwich and my husband had the cubed steak. We shared the southwest egg rolls. The waitress learned we rode our motorcycle and being a rider herself, she asked to pray with us before leaving. This is a local gem!“

It was a good size burger and quite filling!The fries were good too, and I wish they would've added more fries to the order. I can't speak to the atmosphere, as I ordered for pickup. The woman who brought my food to curbside was courteous and helpful. I've never visited Griffin, GA, before. I was there for a quick stop and needed sustenance, which J. Henry's delivered! If I'm ever in that area again, I will be ordering another burger with fries!“

“We always love dining at Bank St. Today however, my lunch date w/a friend was cut short. My review is on the kindness of the employees at Bank St. I was holding a table for 4 and had just got my drink when I got an emergency call and needed to leave. Both ladies were very kind and wished me well and were just really, really sweet. Good employees are hard to find, and Bank St does have some! Oh, and my Dad is OK <3 Thank you again and I will be back soon for my cauliflower wrap :-)“

“Healthy options in more ways than one! My name is Danielle, I had a Drs appt this morning in Griffin. Long story short, my mom got out of my car at Sock Shop. I am diabetic and after driving around, stopping at Louise’s (going in, wandering then leaving) I ended up at Waffle House #2212 (Taylor St) my sugar had bottomed out and I couldn’t talk, see well, or converse. The waitress Jess was so sweet. She kept asking me questions and brought me a plate of food showing me how to eat & drink. The manager John helped me get my phone out & called my family. Guys, when I say I couldn’t talk, it was BAD. I was in a trance. Jess & John took care of me, called an ambulance to check me out. My sugar started rising so I started to come around. My faith in HUMANITY has been restored. I don’t know where I would’ve ended up if not for their compassion! Thank you Jess & John, I will be a regular visitor when I can in the future.“

Edit: Not so much now. So many different faces. The few times I've gone since the pandemic, the servers were friendly but needed a little more training to work on their job skills. . We went for food and got it. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

Dietary restrictions: Being diabetic , there's always complications . They were handled successfully.

Parking: We got a spot right in front.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcomed.

Wheelchair accessibility: I saw someone being pushed in the restaurant and then seating was arranged to accommodate the person.“

“Went during a break from the road. my service was excellent. My waitress, Brandy helped me with my rewards points since I have accumulated so many but didn't know how to use. She took the time to go through and I ended up getting my Steak Omelette meal for free.“
