Go see Lana! She is kind, respectful, and makes a great sandwich. Anyone can get a sub. But the service she provided was next level, 2nd mile service. I will return.
The young man that made our Giant #5 Italian was so friendly, conscientious and joyful. I was impressed with his attention to detail with making our sub sandwich. We will be back!
Please please take care of the leak. A wet floor sign is there but water is splashing beyond the pail. My daughter slipped and fell even being careful. When we notified a worker, she pointed at the wet floor sign. No apology. No empathy.

Jersey Mike's Subs is a welcoming restaurant with a team of friendly and hospitable staff who work together to create delicious sandwiches. The menu features popular options like the Philly Cheese Steak and Tuna, both enjoyed by customers. While the staff's efficiency and smiles contribute to a pleasant dining experience, their attention to detail results in truly exceptional sandwiches. Customers appreciate the quality of the food, especially the Philly Cheese Steak, which is filled with meat and very tasty. However, some note that prices can be a bit on the higher side. The team often goes above and beyond, offering quick service and thoughtful notes on the bags for those who order in a hurry. There have been occasional issues like incorrect orders, but the staff, including team members like Sam and Destiny, work to resolve problems promptly and kindly. Customers also mention that they might need to bring their own ketchup, as this location does not carry it, but overall, Jersey Mike's Subs remains a dependable place for a satisfying meal with friendly service.
