“I came through the drive thru last week and got someone else's order. When I called to tell them, they didn't hesitate to replace my food. I came back in this week and Tela, Zach and Jada were eager to replace my meal, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in the door! The food was fresh, management was outstanding and customer service friendly as usual, which always has me coming back for more!! Way to Go Jacks, you NEVER disappoint!! Ps: your iced coffee is my favorite menu item!! I come from Loganville ga just to have a cup!“
