“Stopped at Cook Out in Valdosta for lunch and it was super busy — always a good sign! I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The barbecue and burgers my family had were juicy and full of flavor. Great selection of shakes… the strawberry shake was fantastic! Also, had Cheerwine Cherry soda and it was delicious and brought back memories of North Carolina ..got a refill for the road!🥤
The atmosphere was casual and laid-back even though it was packed, the service was on point. Pricing was very reasonable, and the location was convenient right off the interstate.

“Josh was an amazing server! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and he checked in just the right amount to make sure we were taken care of without being overbearing. His positive attitude and great service really made our visit enjoyable. Applebee’s is lucky to have Josh—definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had here!“

“01/14/2026 Thank you Ricky and Applebee’s for the great food and amazing food it would have been a 5star review but the bartender acted as if she didn’t want to serve us so we were passed on to Ricky and I believe her name was Kisha . But Ricky was kind he made us feel more than welcome . Even though he had about 4 other tables he treated us as a priority and not another tip for the day . The food was made to our exact request hot and delicious . So if you eat here I highly recommend this server (Ricky) and try the Bourbon street chicken it’s to die for“

“You know that bell that every Arby's has, the one you ring at the end of your stay for good service and good food? I have never in my 30 years of life heard an Arby's Bell rung so much in such a short period of time.
Despite being short staffed due to a call out, this Arby's operated like a well oiled machine. If only the federal government could run so smoothly, this country would be in phenomenal shape! I suppose that's just the difference in leadership, whoever manages this Arby's puts whoever leads this country to shame.
The gentleman at the counter was friendly, professional, and did not crack under pressure. He even double checked with a coworker to ensure my order, a delectable turkey reuben, was rang up correctly. Most customer facing employees would have fizzled out and rang in a regular reuben when uncertain, but not this man! He ensured that we got the correct food while exhibiting empathy and teamwork of the highest level.
Give them all raises, as I have given them 5 stars today. Thank you, Arby's of Valdosta.“

“LOVE Checkers!!!! It's RIGHT and the Valdosta Checkers is CLEAN, top to bottom! It eats! I've been going for years probably tooo much. Certified! Service at most fast food places has gone down but this spot stays on top and a rude employee don't last long here. Catch me on the patio with the fam.“

“D'ANNA was so hard-working and attentive to every person in line, when taking my order she presented me with many menu options and made me feel that my business was wanted and appreciated! The entire staff seem to be devoted to the tasks they were performing. My meal was hot fresh and prepared just as I had asked. I give my highest recommendation without hesitation!“

“Ate here Friday night, March 21st and was really surprised at how good the food was. My burger came out within 4 minutes of ordering and looked EXACTLY like the picture on the menu and was made exactly as I ordered it. I wish I had taken a pic of it, it was such a nice looking cheeseburger. Restaurant was very clean, inside and out, and staff was very pleasant. Waaaaay better than the DQs we have in Tallahassee.“

“It's drive thru only. Always have good food when we go and fresh. I love the chicken strip dinners for lunch, and for breakfast, I recommend the biscuits and gravy or breakfast in a cup. Also one of the best sweet teas you'll ever taste!“

“First the intercom at the drive through was so low it was difficult to hear. I told the person at the window and she rolled her eyes and gave some smart comment. When she opened the window and gave me the order, I said thank you and have a good night, again an eye roll and lip smack. There was no thank you or any niceties back. Food was ok a little burned. Disappointed in the treatment.“

“It wasn’t the best burger I’ve ever had, but it was definitely a good burger. As many reviews mention, it really is like a Subway for burgers, you can build your burger exactly how you want, which is a nice option.
What truly stood out was the service and cleanliness. The staff working on Saturday (2/22) were constantly cleaning between customers and even asked people to clear their trays. It was genuinely impressive. They greeted everyone warmly and made a point to wish customers a great day.
Great service overall, which feels increasingly rare these days.“
