My daughter was just at your establishment this evening and ordered an ice cream. After a few bites in she downed a very long hair ruining her appetite and was refused a refund because she ate some of it! How is one supposed to know if their order contains hair if they don’t eat it??? Way to steal someone’s money! We’ve been customers for many many years even treated many of our soccer teams here after games at Whitlock and after this lack of service we won’t return!
Got ripped off in Newnan today! Got about 1/2 scoop of ice cream!
My son and I were there on June 12 and ordered a Father’s Day cake to be picked up today Tuesday, June 22 and when we presented the receipt it was not ready. They then said they could not do it without a name. So as we hold a receipt for $40, thank goodness we had it, we had to redo the order completely.
