This is the first review I have ever done for a restaurant. if it allowed, I would provide 0 stars. Having ordered and waited 20 minutes I asked the staff if my sandwich was close to being ready. They forgot to start the chicken cheesesteak order. once the order was complete, it was incorrect and missing two toppings and the cheese was just thrown on at the end and not melted. Terrible preparation and service. staff needs retraining.
Has to be, by far, the worst Jersey Mikes I have ever placed an order at. The portions are scarce, hardly any meat at all, beyond thinly sliced cheese, the bread was so dry it crumbled just unwrapping it. Will not return to this location.
Jersey Mike's sub's are hands down the best! Quality Fresh meats and vegetables on their sandwiches! Always a great professional staff with friendly warm smiles! Tables counter tops and the floors are Super clean to perfection. In my opinion you can't help but to love this establishment.. Bring a friend Bring family tell a friend. . Enjoy 😉

The new manager has really turned this place around, with soft and fresh bread, and amazing tasting sandwiches. The store is much cleaner. The manager even came out and checked on how customers' experience was. Incredible kindness, and the meal itself was great, too.
