The salad was crisp, and there was a homemade vinaigrette that came with it. The chicken Parmesan was HUGE, he used chicken breast to make it. The chicken breast was moist and flavorful. He said he uses unbleached flour and not preservatives! All fresh and whole ingredients is what he is passionate about. Also my son loved the pizza which made me so happy because I have a picky toddler! Can’t wait to eat their food again!“
