“As soon as I arrived at Jimmy John's, Music, a young man, welcomed me and helped me choose my perfect sandwich by going over the menu and specials. I was impressed by his knowledge and customer service skills. It's no wonder he made my experience at the store so pleasant. Maybe he's already in a managerial position - he definitely has what it takes.“
“I have to say, I’ve never been the one to think of Jimmy John’s when deciding on a place to eat, but I am SO glad we went there tonight.. we were scared we wouldn’t get there in time because most businesses unfortunately close 10-15 earlier than the closing time. I seen they were cleaning up inside, to my surprise when I grabbed the door, IT OPENED??? My man doesn’t go to Jimmy John’s much, and the girl (she complimented my tattoos and was super helpful and sweet) Assisted in helping him decide on something he wanted. The boy (long-ish curly hair) began working on our order immediately.. I ordered a Tuna, and he ordered a Turkey. I’m absolutely BLOWN at how NEAT he made these sandwiches. As I ate, NOTHING fell out of my sandwich, and it tasted SUPER FRESH. I just wanted to commend the 2 that were there who had a MORE THAN EXPECTED & SUPERB attitudes. We need more employers to employ more people like this... thank y’allso much for just being DECENT HUMAN BEINGS!❤️“
