Terrible service. Not everyone is bad but it only takes a few to mess up your whole experience. Not professional at all + wings just had sauced drizzled on. Very disappointed and will not be going
My girlfriend placed an order online and mistakenly didn’t put it for a later time that day. She called to get it corrected and Ms. Latoya said she would remake the order for the time it was meant to be ready for.Once I got to the store, I had cooks on the pizza line making comments “oh is that the girls pizza that called and whined” not realizing I was picking it up. Worst customer service imaginable. The employees do not greet their guest and only acknowledge people when it’s convenient for them. They talk rudely about the customers openly. It’s the craziest thing. Just go to the papa John’s down the street. I promise you will regret coming in this place if these people act like this on a regular basis. Good luck
