I ordered one taco and they charged me for 3. When I asked for a refund, they said “we don’t do refunds”. How is it my fault you charged me for the wrong thing? I don’t even know how this location is still open.. They have so many 1 star reviews and complaints lol.
Showed up to drive through tonight, 3 employees outside with several other people acting fools. Waited over 5 minutes to get someone on the drive through PA, ordered $40 of food, waited another 30 minutes for order to come out front door, over half of it missing. Currently calling for the 4th time, no answer. Manager girl sitting upfront with friends from outside earlier. Won’t give receipt, this is the second time this has happened at this location. came here for lunch and the food was really good. It was hot and fresh. It made up for the fact I had to wait a little while. mind you I don’t mind waiting for food but at the same time I was in the drive-through for about 20+ minutes and there were only two cars in front of me. Not a huge deal, was just a little interesting to have had the wait.
