“Get the Buy 5 banh mi, get 1 free—plus a free half gallon of soy milk! It comes out to $30 plus tax, that’s a $13 value. Speaking English when asking questions is hit/miss (depends on employee), but I can get my question across in 2/3 tries.
You can ask partial quantities to be prepared to be consumed right away—or for later, they will put anything on the side that would cause the bread to get soggy. They also sell banh mi baguettes for 3 for $2, good deal!
It can be a little intimidating if you don’t speak Vietnamese, 100% worth it and highly recommend.“

“I am very satisfied with the quality customer service that I received from Yardie Kitchen!! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very nice!! The only drawback was the beef patties. They were overdone and very dry! It could have been a bad batch. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for Authentic Jamaican food!!!“

“Attended my sister’s wedding celebration. The setting was beautiful, intimate and welcoming. The food was extraordinary, I can not emphasize this enough. Ms Gigi and Tami created everything with love, from the savory selections to the dessert table. The macrons 😱delicious! If you’re looking for a special place to have your next celebration, this is it!! Oh gosh, I forgot to mention all the wonderful tea offerings. 💜“

“We got this delivered and it STILL came out to us hot and fresh! Whoever is making the food here is making it with LOVE and HARD WORK!!!!! I've tried three different Caribbean food places this week to see who had the best, and M&J's took the cake! Everywhere else had something bland, something not right... but every single thing we tried at this restaurant was seasoned and cooked to absolute perfection! From the rice and peas, to the macaroni, to the jerk chicken, to the stew beef – everything was absolutely perfect! You have won my family over, we'll be back very soon for more! “I've enjoyed the food and staff at the various locations since they first opened the original in Decatur. I visit that location most weeks before shopping at Your DeKalb Farmers Market. The cook has changed a handful of times there so I thought I'd see how it is at this one in Global Mall. The chicken manchow soup is my go-to most of the time. It has changed much though still tasty in Decatur. It was as I remember it and it was a wonderful sensory experience at Global Mall. I do plan to make more frequent visits when I want this particular treat, though I did tell the man at the counter I'd be having the veggie fireballs next time. Lovely!“
