“I would like to deeply apologize for the previous review regarding Elise. I was with friends at the time, and some things were misrepresented. Elise was not only kind and professional, but she also politely asked us not to place dishes on the counter. She even apologized in case it came across as rude, which my friend and I (who is Asian) were completely fine with.

Unfortunately, one of our friends was in a bad mood, and that affected how the situation was perceived. Elise was genuinely sweet and respectful throughout our visit.

“What I love most about this place is how customizable the bowls are. You can choose from a variety of toppings to make it exactly how you like it. The staff is also very friendly and attentive.
