“I live nowhere near here so when I saw the reviews I jumped on it. After eating here I wish I lived closer. The menu they have is great. If you can't find something to eat then you're the problem. From Korean food to wings to burgers there is so much here. I was greated when I walked in by Dean, I think. Super helpful and friendly guy. I decided to get the beef bulgogi bowl. I really love bulgogi and this hit the spot. It was a bowl with three layers - rice, noodles and the beef. It was great. Nice and clean little joint. While I was there a few folks came in and he greated them all like friends. I was like - dang, this dude is cool. I would recommend trying this place out. If I'm way over here again I will 100% drop in.”

“Came in to hear the house band that plays twice a month and is all women, except for the two guys on guitar & keyboards 😉 This is one of the tightest, most relaxed bands I’ve had the honor to hang out with, up close. Love your energy!! Large crowd, two birthday groups and everyone was dancing almost. Good acoustics, lighting too bright at the bar, aims right at your eyes. Ordered the Trio Empanadas, beef is excellent, disliked the guava & cream cheese, and never received the chicken. My date ordered the cuban sandwich and it has a delicious bread unlike anything ever. Pickles are ahmazing, pork compliments the ham beautifully and the mustard is a perfect choice. House Margarita is probably the best I’ve ever had, I think Anywhere! Fantastic Dance Floor, feels like a family business. Love it and will be back!!”

“Came for lunch on a rainy Thursday. Not busy. Only two people working and we had five orders, so it took a little time. Menu was confusing, and the video boards are not consistent with the printed menus, so it was hard to figure out what was really available. Some items were not available: Korean BBQ area is under renovation (!?), one spicy ramen option. We did order 1 bubble tea (4/5), 1 tonkotsu and 1 spicy tonkotsu ramen (5/5), 3 poke bowls (4.5/5), 1 calamari appetizer (4/5). Service was a little slow and all at the counter - not sure why I tipped so much as we even bussed our own trays. Overall, food was the star and the rest of the experience was just okay. Also, restroom was blocked off due to renovation.”

“I used to really enjoy this restaurant however because of the deceitful charges now being added to your check without prior disclosure, I will never go back. 25% up charge added to every check!! When I questioned these illegal fees, I was told that this is so they don't have to raise the menu prices. Raising menu prices to show the actual price you are charging would be the honest way to go about this but that isn't what was done. No, instead of honesty, you add illegal fees to customers bills in the hope that they are too stupid to notice. Or do you think people will be embarrassed if they say anything so they just pay the illegal fees quietly?? Terrible business model to steal from your customers since you feel that your food is not worth the price that you charge for it. Let customers decide if they want to spend 25% more before they order and not after the bill arrives. It's a shame that your greed and indifference to your customers will cause the failure of this once great restaurant but I won't be back and I'll continue to educate people about your illegal fees. Shame on you for stealing from your customers!! I'm surprised I got a call from corporate. I'm not surprised that all they wanted to do was offer a gift certificate which will go unused, I won't be going back. They also tried to defend their practice of hidden price increases and illegal fees. Their excuse for ripping off customers is that "it's due to the the world work now." then I was told I don't know anything about the restaurant business or I would know why they are ripping off their customers. I know enough to know that a business that rips off its customers won't be there much longer.”

“My son is highly allergic to dairy and never gets to enjoy options for baked goods. I found Cinnaholic (Peachtree Corners) on Facebook. I made the trip from Ball Ground and it was so worth it. I bought the “build your own” 6 pack of cinnamon rolls with lots of toppings, 3 of the recommended flavors, and one each of the bars and cookies. They were all AMAZING. “I was craving a strawberry iced donut. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I requested two with a carmel latte. I was told that they did not have any strawberry iced donuts. I was truly disappointed and said, "you're kidding?! I came here specifically for those donuts." The Mgr came over the intercom and said," Drive up and I will have those for you." When I pulled up, the Mgr had prepared two perfectly iced donuts that were soft and warm. I couldn't believe how happy I was about donuts. I thanked the Mgr so much for going above and beyond to assist a bratty customer. The carmel latte was yummy as well. I still think about those perfect, yummy donuts.”

“I love the food here but the service is chaotic and it's disorganized. Has not stopped me from going there but it's frustrating to watch them scramble to try and figure out who ordered what. And then to see your food ready but the chaotic process means you'll get it in 10 minutes. But the food is great. Fix the chaotic process and I'd probably visit more.”

“I've been in the Norcross arrived for over a month due to my semi truck breakdowns. And one of the positive things of being here is American Deli. Good food at a reasonable price keeps me coming back at least every other day. Every other day because I order enough to carry me thru for the next day. The pkace is nice and the staff is great. There's one lovely young lady I would love to see more of. Anyway, if you're in the Norcross, GA area stop by for nice quick meal.”

I let my server know and could loudly hear them in the kitchen blaming me because I went to the bathroom. My entire table waited to eat their food until I returned. No one else’s food was cold. Unprofessional but did not let it ruin the evening.”

“We went to Happy Sumo for my birthday. The staff was wonderful and really made my birthday dinner special. The food was amazing and our hibachi chef was nice, entertaining, and very professional. We went on a Monday night and the restaurant was quiet and intimate. Our party was well taken care of even though the restaurant admitted that they were short handed. I would highly recommend Happy Sumo for any hibachi dinner!”

On a day when at least half the store was empty, I only had 45 minutes to sit and eat, so I set a timer to keep pace. It was 15 minutes before someone would even talk to me, and 20 minutes before I would get my food.

I tipped the one waitress that was apologetic about my treatment, and took off. It was a meal that was originally dine-in only, as part of a promotion but because they took so long they allowed me to leave with it.
