I greatly enjoyed the Caribbean jerk pork!
We had Spice the Americas food truck at an office event for 60+ people. The team was friendly, professional and full of personality. The food was DELISH!! The fish Po-boy was exceptional and the chicken skewers on flat bread were a huge hit. The truck arrived on time, communication prior to the event was excellent and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Chef Ernie and the Spice the Americas team!!

Spice the Americas food truck, located near Wild Leap brewery, offers a flavorful experience. Their Peruvian chicken on pita is a crowd-pleaser, and their empanadas, filled with lobster and shrimp, are absolutely amazing. The Caribbean jerk pulled pork wrap is also a hit, offering a new twist on a classic dish.
