“Giant scam! The customer service agents you speak with lie on the phone lie to customers. The agent I spoke with told me the last trolley ran at 9 pm. When I got to the Gardens, the last trolley in fact ran at 7 pm. Their online site was still selling tickets even though the trolley was closed. The onsite staff were rude and condescending. Two days later, after multiple calls, no one has contacted me back! Do not waste your time nor money here!“

“This is our go to place to grab a bite to eat after watching the Birds of Prey show at Callaway Gardens. The staff is always incredibly friendly and the food is quite tasty. We've really enjoyed the dill chicken salad sandwich and the fries are always delicious.“

“We were looking for a new restaurant near Callaway Gardens to complete our family tradition of visiting the Fantasy in Lights each year. Having gone through many local restaurants through the years that either weren't a good fit or went out of business, we discovered the Piedmont this year. What a wonderful surprise it was to have dinner for the 10 of us in a nice venue like this, well decorated, quiet, with great service and fantastic food. We did the buffet, and were delighted at the quality and choice of food at a reasonable price. Very very good! This has now been added to our tradition, and we will be back next year!“

“I was ignored for at least 8 minutes the first time I came in, while the staff carried on conversations amongst themselves. I have seen it happen to other customers as well. They did not cut anything on my salad, just big chunks of everything. Today my sandwich was put on a dirty cutting board without a paper sheet under it. I politely asked the guy working to put my bread on a clean piece of sandwich paper and he ignored me. I also don't care for heating my chicken in a plastic bag. The lady proceeded to make my sandwich without asking if I wanted it toasted, but she was very polite. At least they're clean. I wish I had more choices for lunch in Hamilton.“

“After an amazing time at Wild Animal Safari my family and I wanted some local food and found this establishment. The food was amazing, well seasoned and fresh! The only thing was one of the waitresses didn’t introduced herself to us and she had an attitude to start but got better towards the end! Her attitude almost made my family and I walk out the door and go to a franchise for lunch, but because our day was going great we decided to stay and taste the food! The food was good just work on the attitude for future customers and the business! We will be back because the food is amazing, hopefully the attitude is better next go round! The four stars is because the food was really good!“
