“Great snoballs.. But customer service needs some training I was in line with 5 people in front of me, and the cashier had taken everyone’s order in front of me. Then she told me they were closed. I am not joking, I was dumbfounded, she literally took the order of everyone in line but me. The worst part is I had already ordered and left a tip for the kids and I, but was getting joey something Togo after we finished. 😡“

“Dined there one Monday evening around 6:30 p.m. It was a holiday so it wasn't crowded. We were immediately seated by a pleasant host. The food was tasty. We had the beef nachos(which could have had more meat) and shrimp fajitas. Our only complaint is that the chips were cold and slightly stale. We asked to have the warmed, which they did but even then they were barely warm. All in all if we are ever in the area again, we would give them another try because the service was exceptional.“
