After driving for several hours from Alabama to our home in the lowcountry of South Carolina, we decided to stop around 7pm. Everyone in the car wanted hot food and a chance to use the bathroom. As we were exiting our car, an employee who was standing outside the front door informed us quite rudely the dining room was closed because they were short staffed. Always out of cheese, soda, chicken, dessert foods, etc. keeps giving wrong items. I once got a spicy sandwich when I asked for a classic. Just today, I ordered a sandwich, large Mac n cheese, and 1 strawberry biscuit, and when I went to eat, I saw they gave me my sandwich, 3 small sized Mac n cheeses, but did not give me my strawberry biscuits. Online says they close at 11 i was sitting at the order intercom since 10:40 nobody never said anything. So i drove to the window and they said they closed at 10 ? but i just seen them serve the ppl in front of me.
