“On the evening of 4/3/24, my out-of-town group visited Outback, we had a little kitchen difficulty. However, when the manager was made aware of this, the issue was immediately rectified and the rest of our visit was fantastic. I don't know what the manager did, but the entire group of ladies were completely satisfied! Kudos to the star of the evening (the manager) and we thank him for making our night special! Btw, the whole group plans to re-visit Outback on their next visit to Savannah, because the food and drinks were wonderful! Great recovery job!“
“Haven’t been to a Texas Roadhouse in at least 10+ years. Was a little hesitant because a few weeks ago we visited a competitor nearby and our steaks were horrible!So we took a chance, plus we were starving and said lets try them. The worse would be we wouldn’t return.Well everyone and everything was amazing!!First Megan, the mgr seating us was great!! We shared how long it had been since coming in and she said she’d send over some saples.Cody, another mgr brought us the sample of sides to try, which were delicious!! Oh and Cody was also awesome!!Our server was Arianna, who was in training but definitely is a pro!! She was very friendly, attentive to us and answered all our questions., she was just fabulous!!She told us we wouldn’t be disappointed and we were not!!Everything about our meal was perfect!! Steaks were cooked medium as requested and they were delicious!!So glad we gave this location a chance and we will be back!!The entire experience was awesome!! This management team is doing something right, they have set the tone and everything trickles down from them.The staff was reflective of the welcoming environment and customer focused service we had this visit.
