I have been to this place multiple times and it was always slow .but I gave it a few more chances and the new manger there has really helped this place .the drive Tru was faster the food was fresh April was so nice and professional . I will definitely be back.
Customer service has definitely declined. Walked in cause drive thru had long line. No greeting. I guess staff meeting was going on because when I was ready to order I had to tap on register, because the 6 or 7 workers were talking about their work schedule. Hey at least the smoothie came out fast.
I usually love this tropical smoothie location. The smoothies are always great. Unfortunately this time around, my side was forgotten about and my chicken pesto flatbread was not good. The half of tomato slice that was used, was old and soggy. There was hardly any cheese, and I added smashed avocado and received the tiniest bit. Was super full of chicken and pesto though.
