“if you are not a regular you might as well not even sit down. I was harassed by one of their regulars and his girlfriend from the moment I sat down, this guy would not let up, he kept coming to our table starting problems. so when I started to defend myself finally and I had to get loud with him I was kicked out by Jess. Worst experience I've ever had to deal with. So many witnessed this man harass us over and over and not one person did a thing. Be very careful if it's your first time in this establishment.“

“Cleanest and managed Zaxbys I have ever visited. Outstanding customer service and someone was cleaning and wiping all the time. I presume the manager took our order but was wiping and cleaning also, and even spoke with have a great weekend as we departed. Great job Rincon Zaxbys!“

“I come here regularly and every time the pizza looks beautiful and taste even better, phenomenal staff and attention to quality in detail with the pizzas they make on my orders thank you Pizza Hut team. “Picked up a pizza on 10/31 and they were swamped. They were all working like a well oiled machine, it was all hands on deck and they should be very proud of themselves. Customer service was excellent even when receiving less than kind comments from customers. Couldn’t do that job even if I tried, keep up the hard work guys!“

“Normally when you come to a Popeyes around 10 every thing is not fresh and the people are not so friendly because they are ready to go home. “They have one of the best tasting gluten-free crusts, so I've ordered many of those from them in the past. Yesterday, I took a walk on the wild side and explored their new Parmesan stuffed crust (not gluten-free) pizza. It was so delicious I almost ate the whole thing. I likey. You should try it.“

“I don't know who the manager was working tonight, but give that man a raise!

Every staff member I spoke with tonight was super nice, and I received the absolute best customer service I have received in a very long time. I had a decent sized order and they were out of the specifics. This manager still fulfilled the order timely and gave me almost all breasts to make up for the deficits. I got home and noticed they threw in extra biscuits too!

While the service is received was great, I witnessed what I believe to be an amazing manager. He was leading by example and taking care of his staff. When give the extra bit of effort to take care of your staff, they take care of you!
