I would imagine if the drive through window is not being used, an employee would gladly tell a customer that’s been sitting at the window for 5 minutes waiting. Not at this Papa John’s. They just ignore you and avoid eye contact but turn around and make comments to other employees “ i’m not doing drive through. “ After I sat at the window being ignored, I went inside and witnessed it with multiple vehicles. Absolutely horrible experience. We placed an order and it told us it was going to take over 2 hours to be delivered. We called to see if we could switch it over to pick up. We were placed on hold for over 10 minutes. The lady on the other side answered just to put us on hold again. Terrible customer service.

This store is the worst. I ordered 1 pizza at 6:10pm and by the updates I was suppose to receive my pizza by 7:07pm. After calling the store around 7:30pm about my delivery it was still there ans then j got a notification that it was going to be delivered by a door dasher. I received my pizza ICED COLD. This is tge 3rd time this happened and I will not be going back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS
