All of our food was fresh and hot(GET THE PRETZEL TWISTS), ready very quickly, and Lynette was fantastic! She was so sweet with our slightly grumpy 10yo, and turned her whole day around. As long as she works there, we will keep coming back!
The food was hot and fresh but the customer service was very good. I forgot to get her name but I will make sure I ask for it when I return tomorrow. She said I'm going to personally make your strawberry shake. When I tell you that was the VERY BEST STRAWBERRY SHAKE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY 59 YEARS. I have been going to this Sonics for about a year now but no one have ever made my shakes this GOOD. I call there to let her / her manager know how great she was but they never answered...read full review

You have an employee there, truly sorry I didn't get his name, that exemplifies everything an owner would want. Very respectful, courteous, very apologetic for maybe a 5 min. wait. I'll definitely be back and tbh it's due to him. So many of these qualities have gone by the way side. Y'all better do everything you can to keep him around. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!
