Sushi Hana Rincon Reviews
The bar is messy with belongings of an employee and it was peak dinner service. One particular employee is very rude. The teriyaki steak that was ordered with my to go order was rare even thought it was ordered medium rare. The same entree was missing the salad and rice. When I called back to ask if they will prepare these items for me to come back and pick them up, the e employee had to ask her manager if my order could be made right. How strange!! Zero apology when returning...read full review
Had an amazing dinner this evening at this new location. Food was totally on point, service was great and they were accommodating of our table of 10, which is never easy. Staff was in a great mood and we had a wonderful time. I have always been a big fan of the Pooler location and I'm really enjoying the new Rincon location!
We were excited to eat here on their opening day and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing, service was on point, and atmosphere very friendly. This will be a regular stop for us.

Sushi Hana Rincon is a wonderful restaurant offering delicious and beautifully presented food. The menu includes miso and ginger salad, sushi, hibachi, stir fry noodles with steak, seafood fried rice, and lunch specials. Dishes like the whole squid stuffed with a rice roll and tempura chicken and veggies are available, with the tempura noted for not being too heavily battered or overcooked. For dinner, options like chicken bento boxes are generous and filling, allowing for two proteins when skipping the salad and soup. The sushi is top notch and consistently good, with a variety of rolls, though the spicy rolls are noted to not be actually spicy. Appetizers include spring rolls and shrimp tempura.
The food comes out fast, hot, and is the same quality whether dining in, taking out, or using delivery. Portions are generous and the pricing has affordable options, with some higher-priced specials. A meal for two with drinks and entrees can be around $65, while larger orders with multiple rolls and bento boxes are also offered.
The ambiance is great for date night or family dinners, in a clean, modern, and almost brand-new space. Service is usually good and friendly, with staff often going above and beyond. The restaurant is small and often busy. Overall, it is a really solid spot with good-quality food, and customers report they will definitely be coming back.
