“I visit this Starbucks whenever I’m at Robins for work. My past experiences have not been the best, I’ve had several drinks made incorrectly and even when I got back to get it corrected it’ll still be made wrong and because of that I stopped visiting for a while. I visited today after staying away from this location for a few months and I had the pleasure of seeing a few new faces and one of them being a young man named (Conner). Expecting to be disappointed with having a drink not to my liking, I was completely blown away at how perfect he made my drink. Thank you to him and I will be returning to this location again.“

“Please move the sign into your entrance! Your curb is black coming one because people keep hitting it trying to turn in. I'm hearing from people they love the coffee but it's too hard to get in and damaged hubs and rims they are not coming back. Drive through needs work!

“I'm not a typical coffee house, coffee drink drinker ordering can be intimidating cause I really don't know what to get but I love scooters coffee I just tell them what I like and they make it just perfectly. I always get the blended French vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso.
It's got tons of flavor. It's a good price and the staff is super nice. I go at least twice a week now.“

“Kayla made my night! It was really cold before the Kroger closed and I’m 6 months pregnant, I went in for something warm and she was more than willing to help! Got a warm grande caramel latte and was able to warm up while I waited for my ride! Highly reccomend!“

“On a Saturday this placed opened 10 minutes late,
Then we are greeted by a young lady that said it was going to be a 10 minute wait because she was alone. And then she made our one and only drink wrong. When we tried telling her she wouldn’t listen and kept insisting it was correct, it was for my 10 year old daughter. She gave it a try but it didn’t look like the drink or taste like the drink. She hated it, so after a brief visit to Lowe’s we circled back around because I was going to just get my money back because my daughter wasn’t drinking it. Would you believe that when we got back there 40 min later after we originally received it mind you, they were closed again. At 12:40 pm on a Saturday.

The owner reached out to me after this review and made things right for my daughter. She loves the Oreo wows and they replaced it no problem. I appreciate that and I hope you guys get staffed! Thank you for making my little one happy.“

“I always get my food hot, fresh, and fast.
My coffee is always made perfectly, and the staff is always nice and respectable.
I normally stop at this Dunkin' in-particular before work, and they've never disappointed.

As far as how fast? I wasnt able to finish typing this before my food was ready“

“The absolute sweetest and best kids EVER served me yesterday on the 4th of July at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in Warner Robins, GA! The 4th is my birthday, and I always love to go and visit businesses and get my free things on my birthday! I stopped in to get my three free doughnuts plus 2 more for me and my friend for wearing red, white, and blue!

As I’m checking out, the birthday song started pumping over their speakers. They came out from the back smiling ear to ear- they had played the song just for me. Then, they went over to the conveyor and made some special hot and ready glazed doughnuts- and added a 6th just because doughnut to round out the box. They truly made my whole day. Thanks for the great service guys! You can make a huge difference in someone’s whole day when you shine that brightly, and you were definitely a light in mine! ✨🇺🇸🎂 ❤️“
