“my wife works next door at olive garden. today I was out with the family car (work truck is a mess inside lol) .. anyhow I was doing some christmas shopping with our youngest whos 3 , I was running late coming to pick her up so I told her to go to starbucks and get a coffee ill be there in a few minutes. on the way I got a text that said bring Paxton (our 3 year old) inside. When we got there I brought him in and Santa Claus himself was in the lobby! The employee was extremely friendly, gave me a nice handshake and Santa was very patient and kind, as to be expected from the big man of course! All of the employees were friendly, we frequent this location due to my wife being employed across the parking lot, and they are always friendly , haven't ever made a mistake on our orders and deliver quality service all around inside or in the drive thru. definitely one of the better stores in Rome in terms of customer service and today they went above and beyond while Santa visited, making my son a very happy young man !“

“I was in need of coffee so I went because it was the only place I saw ..but let me tell you the coffee is soooo....good and the breakfast sandwich.. OMG...it was one of the best I've tasted in a while yes,,,,I will probably drive one hour for the breakfast sandwich...it was egg with bacon it was the classic...“

“I recently visited the Starbucks in Rome, GA, and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.
The service was exceptional, and the baristas truly made my visit memorable. They were not only efficient and quick in preparing my order but also incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to ensure my drink was made exactly to my liking and even offered some great recommendations.
The coffee, as always, was top-notch. The baristas clearly take pride in their craft, and it shows in the quality of the drinks they serve. My latte was perfectly brewed, with just the right balance of flavors. The attention to detail and the care they put into each cup made a significant difference.
Overall, this Starbucks location exceeded my expectations with its excellent service and talented baristas. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great coffee experience. I'll definitely be returning soon!“

“Great bubble tea, and the workers there were friendly. I liked the prices a lot. I can't wait to go back! We got the taro milk tea with kiwi bubbles and lavender Chai with tapioca pearls. Both drinks were pleasantly sweet, tasty and the size was great.“

“REALLY nice workers, and a clean bathroom! But the food is cold or hot. It’s only 5 min away I love the McDonald I have but in the play place is not clean and got my grandchildren sick from it but it’s is fun they say! It is cold so bring a jacket!“
